| Horse Archery Supplies Archery in Eastern Europe was heavily influenced by the nomadic horse cultures of the Eurasian Steppes. The bows and archery equipment used by the Poles, Lithuanians, Ukrainians and Russians were adopted from the Huns and Mongols and later from the Tartars and Turks. Grozer Bows: We are very excited to carry handcrafted bows by one of the leading Hungarian bowers -Csaba Grozer. I can attest to the quality and craftsmanship because I own and shoot his Turkish horse bow. I received my Grozer Turkish bow on the morning I was headed to an event. I had never shot the bow before but was expected to do an archery demo for 700 Boy scouts soon that day. I was a little nervous but after the first shot I was amazed, it had felt as if I had been shooting with that bow for years. I was very impressed and you will be too with a Grozer Rigid-Tipped Compound Reflex Bow. Choose from Turkish, Crimean Tartar or Mongol recurve bows. These bows can work with your Eastern European or Steppe warrior impressions. We can also outfit you up with arrows, cases and other period archery needs. Some bows can come in different colors or can be decorated and painted with motifs of that culture. All bows shown are basic, they can be upgraded on different levels. The basic bows are high quality and made of wood, leather and glass fiber. The same bows come in Extra 1, 2,and 3. Extra 3 being made completely in the traditional way from over 1000 years ago. Extra 3 is made from Hungarian Bull horn, tendon, Red deer antler and wood. It is glued together with a special glue made from the badder of the Sturgeon fish. | Here's a Polish Pancerni Cossack Sajdak set. The sajdak is a set of cases. A kolczan arrow case and a Lubia bow. Both were worn around the waist on the same belt.
